Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT or Professional Staffing Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales in the staffing industry with a strength in an industry. The Staffing Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, understanding their staffing needs, and matching them with qualified candidates from our talent pool.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to match candidates with client requirements.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients.
